These projects are currently in progress and actively managed by the Office of Strategic Implementation.

  • Banner State College Standardization Discovery Project

    A comprehensive analysis of ¶¶ÒõÉçÇø¶ÌÊÓƵ State Colleges' current practices, policies, procedures, and business processes related to Banner.

  • DMA Updates and Enhancements

    Improve the accuracy and capabilities of the Degrees and Majors Awarded (DMA) data system.

  • Executive Dashboards (Phase II)

    Expanding existing ¶¶ÒõÉçÇø¶ÌÊÓƵ dashboard capabilities to provide greater insight, transparency, and accountability to ¶¶ÒõÉçÇø¶ÌÊÓƵ operations.

  • Financial Data Reporting Solution

    Providing a single solution for USO budget reporting and public-private real estate ventures.

  • INGRESS Enhancements (Phase III)

    Enhancing enrollment management in ¶¶ÒõÉçÇø¶ÌÊÓƵ collaborative courses with multi-institutional registration system capabilities to better support ¶¶ÒõÉçÇø¶ÌÊÓƵ, TCSG & other partner institutions.

  • Post Tenure Review

    Establish and implement updated post-tenure and annual review procedures, standards, policies, guidelines, and reporting.

  • SHARE Supplier Phase II – Onboarding

    An initiative that will standardize and automate business processes and implement a self-service portal for supplier onboarding. 

  • Space Data Management Technology (Discovery)

    Evaluate potential solutions and staffing needs to implement and manage a centralized space management software.

  • Unified ERP

    Assess, procure, and implement a single, SaaS-based Enterprise Resource Planning solution for the University System of Georgia.
