How the Strategic Plan was Built
Salisbury University's Strategic Plan 2026-2031, Anchoring Our Region, Advancing Our Future, was developed through one of the most extensive planning and engagement efforts in the University's recent history. Over the course of more than a year and a half, students, faculty, staff, alumni, community members, shared governance groups, working groups, and institutional leaders contributed ideas, feedback, and expertise that helped shape the final plan.

The completed strategic plan is now available on its own dedicated website and serves as the University's roadmap for 2026-2031. As implementation moves forward, this section remains as an archive of the planning process and the broad campus participation that helped define Salisbury University's priorities for the years ahead.

Groups The Working Groups were formed to offer additional feedback and new perspectives across campus. -

Volunteers 抖阴社区短视频, faculty, staff, and alumni volunteered to serve on the Working Groups to refine each pillar. -
28+ Shared Governance Representatives Representatives from all shared governance bodies served on various Working Groups.
- At least one Steering Committee member served on each Working Group to ensure continuity and to provide new perspectives once the Steering Committee was reconvened.
