SU Dining Services Named a Top Program
Salisbury University Dining Services is among the top collegiate dining programs in the nation, according to a recent survey by the National Association of College and University Food Service (NACUFS), which includes 484 member institutions. We offer a variety of meal plans to suit your individual dining needs. Each includes dining at the Commons, Dining Dollars to be used at other on-campus locations and guest passes.
Multiple Dining Plans
Enjoy the convenience, variety, and value of our all-you-care-to-eat meal plans at The Commons. Every plan includes Dining Dollars, giving you the flexibility to grab your favorites from any on-campus dining location—including Sea Gull Stadium on game day.
From comforting classics to global flavors, our rotating menus offer something for everyone, including plenty of vegetarian, low-fat, and gluten-free options. Whether you're refueling after class or catching up with friends over a meal, you'll always find fresh, satisfying choices.
Plus, our on-staff dietitian is here to support your personal wellness goals with tailored guidance—so you can eat well, feel great, and stay focused.
Welcome To SU Dining
When hunger strikes, you're never far from a great meal on campus.
Use your meal swipes at The Commons, our main dining hall, where variety and flavor come together. Enjoy Salisbury’s best pizza, a fresh salad bar, Latin and international cuisine, grilled chicken, and hand-carved meats. Don't miss our special Festival Meals, including Lobster Night, Taste of the Chesapeake Dinner, and Baseball Opening Day Lunch.
Self-order kiosks in the Rotunda make it quick and easy to customize your own sandwich, omelet, or stir-fry. In the Somerset Room, bar seating with charging stations makes it easy to enjoy your meal while staying productive. Simply Fine features a wide selection of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-friendly options. Visit The Bistro for campus favorites and our designated nut-free zone.
From Starbucks™ at Cool Beans Café to quick-serve dining spots in Conway Hall and the Perdue Business School, there are plenty of ways to grab a snack or a full meal on the go. Shore Café serves up made-to-order personal-size pizzas—hot, fresh, and ready when you are. At the GAC, Hungry Minds stays open late, closing at 11 p.m., and offers self-serve kiosks and ordering for maximum convenience. Chesapeake Coffee Roasters™ provides the perfect pick-me-up while you’re studying in the library.
No campus dining experience would be complete without our top-rated Chick-fil-A®, located just inside the Guerrieri Student Union. All meal plans include Dining Dollars, which can be used like cash at any retail location—including Sea Gull Stadium concessions.
