Scholar Holler Award
Each month the Center for Student Achievement recognizes an outstanding student for academic excellence. The student is highlighted on our website as a way to encourage other students to achieve their academic potential.
Faculty and staff are invited to nominate students for Scholar Holler. The nomination form should describe the student's academic accomplishments.
Please fill out the brief Scholar Holler Nomination Form (PDF) and e-mail nominations to hwholmes@salisbury.edu.

Words of Wisdom: If you're given an opportunity, take it! Especially if it scares you.
Dr. Viktoria Basham said, "Throughout her (almost) four years at SU, Logan Lankford has been an outstanding student embodying both CHC’s and SU’s values and missions. She has presented her research at SU conferences (Posters on the Bay, SUSRC) and regional honors conferences (MCHC). She has published her research in NRHC’s prestigious undergraduate research journal, Illuminate. Logan has been an integral part of the CHC’s Honors Ambassadors program and currently serves as the Lead Honors Ambassador. She is also one of the most seasoned and experienced tutors at the Writing Center. In 2024 Logan became the first-ever SU student to win the prestigious Fulbright Summer UK fellowship, which allowed her to spend a few weeks in Scotland and study Scottish history and culture. Recently Logan was named a semi-finalist for the Fulbright ETA program in Bulgaria and will be having her interview with the Bulgarian Fulbright Commission in a few days."
