SALISBURY, MD---Salisbury University’s Small Business Development Center presents Retail and Restaurant Smart Start 1:30-4:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 19, at the Ocean City Chamber of Commerce.  This session is tailored for the perspective or new-to-the business retail and restaurant owner/manager, seasoned restaurateurs and retailers may find some new insights as well.  The course focuses on important factors for success in a restaurant operation.  For retailers it will focus on factors common to success in a retail sales operation.
