


Entrepreneurship Programs
The entrepreneurship program at the Perdue School of Business exists to fulfill Salisbury University’s commitments to economic impact and superior education through high-impact learning practices. [br][br]Our mission is to empower a community of entrepreneurs on the Eastern Shore of Maryland through programs that build skills and share knowledge with an emphasis on design thinking and lean startup, connections to critical startup resources and financing, and introductions to essential business and professional networks. We nurture the next generation of change-makers to expand opportunities and lead inclusive and sustainable economic growth in our region.
Competitions
Participants can compete in high-impact competitions like the Idea Factory, Bernstein Achievement Award, and Shore Hatchery, which has awarded $2.3 million to startups creating over 1,000 jobs.
Dave & Patsy Rommel Center for Entrepreneurship
Entrepreneurs thrive at the Rommel Center, a vibrant 6,000 sq ft downtown hub featuring coworking spaces, garages, and a makerspace—equipped with cutting-edge machines to help you prototype, fabricate, and bring your creative projects to life.
Academic Support
We offer academic support through entrepreneurship courses, scholarships, and the student-run CEO Club, providing pitch and poster training.
