General Problems

• Refresh your browser window: press the F5 key (or Ctrl + R) on your keyboard or click the refresh button  near the address bar.

No Video

• Refresh your browser window.
• If you can, try a different web browser (in general, there are three main browsers for Windows computers: Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge and one for Macintosh computers: Safari).

No Audio

• Refresh your browser window.
• Make sure your speakers are plugged in and powered on.
• Check to see if you have headphones plugged in.
• Make sure that audio on your computer is not muted or set low.
• If you can, try a different web browser (in general, there are three main browsers for Windows computers: Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge and one for Macintosh computers: Safari).
